Toothache problem
I had done RCT of a tooth in January but that tooth is hurting a lot now. It has been more than fifteen days and none of the medicines are working. There is an infection in the root of the tooth after doing xray, is it some other problem. Tell me some good medicine & What should I do for instant relief from pain?

The tooth in question is not completely visible on the x ray. Taking too much pain killers will harm you. The underlying cause needs to be evaluated and treated accordingly. You need to revisit your dentist for the same.

The tooth of concern is not completely visible in x ray. There seems to be a huge infection below RC treated tooth but the x ray is incomplete. To get relief from pain you need to treat the cause of pain. Medicines are supplementary to treatment. Treatment can be re RCT or extraction depending upon clinical examination and good quality x ray.
