Toothache in Upper right end tooth
Swelling and pain in upper right end tooth from last two days. Last year also happened the same kind of pain but got relief in 2-3 days.

Xray of tooth has to be taken. If there is decayed tooth, rct or extraction has to be done. Antibiotics along with analgesics has to be taken to relieve pain and swelling. You can consult through this for further details.
