Toothache after RCT 5years ago
Last 5years ago I have done rct and fill material. Now this material is removing so I go to dr. And he removed balance material and fill new. After that pain is start now I m suffering severe pain I can touch my tooth it's so hurt. Plz suggest what I do.again rct or tooth removed. Plz answer me asap. He give 5day tablet Mahacef XL 200,Diclomol.i have take 2times of tablet but still nit relief. He did xray and say you weins are again developed and self destroyed so pain is happens.take medicine

Reinfection in root canal can occur if some canal was missed or infection left in the canal. Retreatment is an option. If it is not successful you then have to go in for an extraction.
