Tooth root issue
Hi Doctor, Long back one of my right upper premolar broke in several pieces after decay. Few pieces came out and few remained in gums. I tried to get it extracted but it was extremely painful so i dropped. Recently i have realized a small hole kind of this on the same spot in gum, at time it bleeds. I want to know your suggestion on this.

The root pieces sometimes develop an infection. Your condition might have resulted because of an underlying infection. Visit a dentist near you. You will need extraction of the root pieces along with medication.
