Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I was wondering how this problem is a "Tooth problem".
There are many good physiotherapists in Bangalore.
You can go to any good hospital like sparsh hospitals you will find them there.
Or even at st. Marthas hospital has many good physiotherapists.
Its not necessary you consult these hospitals only. You can go to any good hospital. They will have physiotherapy department.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
