I tore my mcl ligament in my knee 1 month ago ... after being on knee braces and medication for one month ... my doctor has now advised me to start physiotherapy ... but I am unable to find a physiotherapist who provides treatment for ligament tears of the knee... what should I do?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I was wondering how this problem is a "Tooth problem". There are many good physiotherapists in Bangalore. You can go to any good hospital like sparsh hospitals you will find them there. Or even at st. Marthas hospital has many good physiotherapists. Its not necessary you consult these hospitals only.
