The Peculiar feature of dental pain is that medications will only provide temporary symptomatic relief but will not cure the problem. Ketorol DT is a very effective painkiller but has a limited duration of action. Unless the objective treatment is done according to the diagnosis of your problem permanent solution cannot be expected. Please visit the dentist as soon as possible rather than depending upon medicines. Regards
