if the pain is continuous from many days then ur tooth mostly needs root canal treatment. just take any painkiller , like diclofenac sodium or ibuprofen .but it can relief pain only for some hours

The pain is due to infection of the tooth which reaches the pulp layer(nerve layer)..
First and foremost is to take IOPA(x-ray)
If radiological examination confirms the cavity reaches the pulp layer, then Root Canal treatment should be done.

Take Ketoral DT tablet after food .Apply pain out gel over the infected tooth. Don't give excess pressure over it. Visit a Dentist and address the depth of the cavity and treat it immediately.
