My mum has been suuffering from severe tooth ache since 3days with little fever in evenings.Her 3rd molar got completely damaged with a hole doctor suggested her to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen

After a course of antibiotics to reduce infection,please have the tooth removed.If your mother has other medical conditions that preclude removal,consult with your dentist of the possibility of a root canal treatment(though success rates of root canals in wisdom teeth is not very high).

The third molar is usually removed if infected. Painkillers will only work for a few hours. The more delay in treatment the more the problems. Get an X-ray done and get the infected tooth removed

If you really care for your mother you should educate her not to fear dental treatment. Majority of India's fear a dentist and just bear the pain... Example your mother since 3 days or more and now landed in fever due to high grade infection. Educate her that now a days procedures are pretty painless and bring her to a dentist. On examination of the cavity we will have to decide what can be done
