Tooth Pain
I have been facing pain in my teeth from 1 month. It usually occurs early in the morning or whenever I drink something. It occurs in the teeth which has cavity but I got it filled some years back.

You have to do root canal treatment or extraction of tooth ASAP.

It seems like reversible pulpitis, please take an IOPA xray and proceed with pulp capping or RCT whichever required.

Hello,
If you are having pain while eating hot and cold might be due to infection in inner pulp Tissue.
Get one xray of that tooth.
If infection is there go for rootcanal treatment.
If possible share your xray.
