Please visit a good dentist as early as possible who can examine your oral cavity and will tell you exactly what the problem is and why it's getting repeated and will do the needful. Taking medicines for pain is not a permanent solution. Once the effect of medicines subsides your problem will repeat again

Consult with a dentist
Online now
Please consult a dentist to diagnose the cause of pain. Unless the cause is known it is not possible to give a solution. Painkiller can be taken to suppress the pain but it is not long term solution
