You either have decay (caries) in your teeth or your teeth are worn down due to some reason leading to sensitivity in them. Please visit a dentist for thorough check up and xray if necessary.
Hello..pain may be due to decay in the tooth.visit nearby dentist and xray of tooth is required to determine whether it is deep or not.If decay is superficial ,restoration can be done and if it is deep nearby to vital tissue, RCT has to be done.
It seems like a cavity has developed in your tooth and it might be deep as its paining and is sensitive. To be sure visit a dental clinic ,have a clinical examination of your teeth.X-ray is must for perfect diagnosis and treatment, whether restoration and if very deep might be RCT.
Health Tips
Do warm saline rinse 2-3 times ,that will help you a little.
It will be difficult to provide you with a solution to your problem without having a look at the clinical picture and the xrays..... you could be having the cavity which will require a filling or root canal treatment or you might be having gum recession leading to root exposure and causing sensitivity..... please visit your dentist for a proper clinical examination...... right treatment can be instituted after the right diagnosis..... Regards....
In your case, an Xray is a must to asses the extent of caries. If the tooth can be managed by a restoration or filling , then it must be done immediately. Root canal treatment is needed, when the decay or caries has progressed deep.
