My daughter is now 6.5 years. The front tooth fell almost three months ago but it has still not grown back. Is this a cause for worry? Should I go to a dentist and get it checked?

Sometimes delay do happen in eruption so no need to worry. Visit a pedodontics dentist and discuss the problem. He or she would clinically examine and let you know about the eruption status.
