The child will need comprehensive treatment. Teeth that are infected will need pulp treatment and others may need fillings. Very bad teeth may need removal. You can try to see if the child is cooperative. As the child is very young, if he is uncooperative you may have to do these procedures under general anesthesia in a hospital.
