Hi there , As per your mentioned scenario I assume that there is an infected tooth. Yours is a second trimester and thats a safe time during pregnancy to get a treatment done. Please visit a near by dentist and undergo a root canal or a tooth extraction. It can be managed without taking x rays.  As soon as u r done with the first sitting the infection will subside and u vl have some relief.  Please do not self medicate at home with antibiotics.
Next Steps
Please consult a good endodontist around your locality.

Hello, 22 weeks is second trimester so looking at the condition it is advisable not to visit a dentist... For any medication or treatment advice we need to know you have any drug allergy? The pimple thing you saying is intraoral or extraoral. Please post pictures if possible.

You can take antibiotics safer in pregnancy..  And pain killer too which is safe..  This should be done before any pain sensation gets triggered..
