My age is 35. Few questions about removal of second tooth from back side
1. Are there other implant manufacturers other than nobel which are good quality but lesser on cost.
2. How can I be sure I need an implant?
What could be the problems if implantation is not done and gaps remains. I have tooth removed 20 years back which causes neighbor teeth to shift but I have not got any major issues.

1. Most implants are made of titanium and are good quality. The success and failure depends more on the skill of your doctor and your body's capacity to heal than the quality of the implant.
2. You are young and at a good age for implants. Failure to replace a missing tooth will cause migration of the teeth beside it and further eruption of the tooth above into the space.
This will create more problems in future and you will need to get 3 or more teeth treated instead of only the one missing.
