Tooth gum and Teeth
I have my tooth gum very very high up and that actually makes my teeth look so big and it's front a bit so it spoils the entire look of my face ( I did wear braces in my eighth for a year). My mom Gene is these that I have my tooth front and gum problem she use to consult doctors I remember for same issue. I don't want to wait late and want any help to improve this condition is there a way to grow my teeth gum back ND what's the better way for pushing teeth back in few months. I don't wanna wear braces coz I feel uncomfortable wearing them in office before my colleagues. ? Any suggestions please

In your case, may be incompetent lip means short lip or vertical height of maxilla/ upper jaw is more in compare of lip. It will diagnosed after thorough examination of your dental and skeletal records by various diagnostic aid.
In advanced maxilla various orthognathic surgery required for shortening of maxilla. But it will decided after diagnosis. Now if required orthodontic correction than various other methods like lingual braces, invisalign or clear path.
