Root canal is not possible if crown of the tooth is completely broken. You should get the roots removed as they may get infected and give problems later on

Hello sir! Root canal treatment can be done only when sufficient tooth surface is present. When your entire crown is lost leaving the roots its called as root stumps. It should be removed. It cannot be root canal treated. If you need a good permanent solution you can go for immediate implants at the time of extraction.

I would suggest you to consult an Implantologist if u wish to replace the lost tooth ... So at the time of extraction you can get your implant placed at the same time .. Or you can opt for a bridge after extracting that root stump . Visit a good dentist and take your call .
