Tooth extraction
I had swelling in my lower right wisdom tooth for past 2 days and when I showed it to the dentist she said that it was infectious as it's not fully out and I might have chewed upon my gum and now there is infection there. She Gave me anti biotic for 3 days and asked me to get that removed. Is it the most appropriate thing to do considering my wisdom tooth came out 3 years back though it's only Partially out and what should be charges for the same ?

Yes .. she is right. You must get rid of the infectious wisdom teeth/ tooth. Antibiotics are must. About cost u can say ..its totally depend upon the difficulty of extraction. If it is distoangular/ or towards your cheek side it means difficulty is maximum. So the cost vl b depend upon that 6k to 4500 each. Vary acc to place n skills of oral surgeon.

yes ...taking it out is d best option..but dont worry wisdom tooth r vestigeal in owr body ...dey do not have any role in chewing...plz contact ur dentist ...she will explain d pre and post operative measures...and cost also...coz it varies from place t place

The condition that you just described is called as impacted wisdom tooth with pericoronitis. Extraction is not only the appropriate treatment but actually the only treatment with chances of permanent relief. This tooth is not going to erupt further and periodic gum inflammation around that area will keep troubling you at the same time causing infection beyond the confines of the tooth also. Trust the dentist who has performed the clinical examination and go for the procedure as soon as possible.
