The extraction procedure will depend on certain parameters like whether the tooth os impacted or not, whether the root os fractured or not, the angulation of the tooth, etc. Depending on all the factors, the dentist will decide whether to extract your tooth normally, or by open method. Depending on the method used the time and cost of the treatment will vary. However, it should not take more than 30-40min (max 45 min). I cannot judge that without seeing the tooth. And as far as the expenditure goes, it may be about rs. 500 for normal method, while the open method may cost upto rs. 2500.
