Tooth extraction
Good evening doctor, I am diabetic and bp patient. I am currently on glycomet 500mg and I am not under any medication for bp. I need to perform tooth extraction for 2 teeths'. Today I took up bp and sugar check up and my bp is 134/90 and fasting sugar is 113 and post parandial(pp)  sugar is 182. Is it safe for me to perform tooth extraction? Kindly guide me doctor. And I am married and still I don't have kids.

as ur ppbs is 182 its not under control, kindly try to get the sugar levels down if the tooth which needs to be extracted is firm if the tooth is shaking then we can take change to get the tooth extracted.
