I am having tooth ache which is decayed n half cut automatically while eating. Pain comes when ever body heat increases or no proper sleep... It's paining too much

Your tooth broke due to tooth decay. If there is enough tooth structure it can be saved by Root canal treatment and restored with a crown. X-ray and clinical examination required.
