hello, you need to visit the dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if possible then root canal treatment can be done to save the tooth. if not, it need to be extracted.

you cannot keep the broken tooth inside the mouth because its a site of infection. If it's not mobile and the roots are intact then the tooth can be saved by doing root canal treatment followed by capping , but for doing the capping crown part is build by doing post and core.

You can go for rct+ post+crown. That will restore your tooth. Else you can opt for an implant. Implant is the best option.
Next Steps

if the victimized tooth is not moving, you can undergo root canal treatment followed by post and core treatment over which a crown can be placed. if the tooth in question is not favorable for retaining, the best treatment is to go for extraction followed by immediate implant with grafting procedure (optional).

Hi,Please get the broken tooth removed even though there is no pain as it is a source of infection & pain, swelling can come any time. Also for good biting & to prevent bite damage it is very important to put false teeth after the broken tooth is removed.
