Hello Madam/Sir, I had my braces for more than 3 years.. just 2 months  back the doctor took the braces out and gave me retainers and told me that I need to put this for an year. I am a working girl and facing a lot of difficulty in coping with these retainers my mouth has become sore after wearing the retainers.. My doctor suggested to get tooth bonding... I wanted to know for how long do I have to have this bonding?? Or is it a permanent thing?? Please help Thanks , Rajalakshmi

Hi you don't worry about that its happens normally once you used too you will be ok with that and for ulcers you can take the medicine
