Get an iopa x ray done ... Visit a nearby dentist , he will clinically check and if you have pain and sensitivity to hot and cold , its pulpitis and it will go for rct followed by crown placement

Consult a Dentist. He will advise or take few x rays after clinical examination. It could be either due to decay or gum recession exposing root dentin
