We need an x ray to come to the right diagnosis and then can suggest a treatment plan post clinical evaluation. If the tooth is damaged involving the nerve damage pls go ahead with a root canal.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist along with your X ray and post clinical check up a treatment plan can be suggested
Health Tips
please popping a painkiller is not the answer , instead get the tooth treated and you will be fine.

Hi sir...
Get the treatment done for your badly damaged teeth...
It may require Root canal treatment..
X_ray(IOPA) should done for the 3 teeth...
Based on radiographic investigation, treatment option should be made...
Teeth in chronic state also doent cause pain....so absence of pain doesnot indicate that the condition is not serious..
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur consultation and management
Hi,the badly damaged teeth should be treated asap or it shall not be possible to save them .Avoid chewing from these teeth till you can get the treatment done, also warm salt rinses 4 to 5 times shall help.. in reducing the pain.
You have to get treatment done for those teeth. Root canals may be required for all the three teeth. Follow your dentist advice. You can repeat the painkiller 6-8 hourly. Antibiotics will also be required to control the infection
