You have not mentioned whether the toothache was in the same tooth or different. well toothache can be due to several reasons.

Hello mam, probably it is due to a deep cavity in the tooth which is giving pain again and again kindly visit dentist asap .. after clinical diagnosis and an x-ray it would be confrm that which tooth is troubling and the treatment will go accordingly
