Plain LA has to be given that is without adrenalin Provided the pregnancy is normal and you conceived it normally without any infertility treatment! You can take only paracetamol as pain killer And penicillin , cephalexin, clindamycin as antibiotic But again if it is possible do wait untill 2nd trimester
Next Steps
Please do get a gynac clearance before the procedure
Health Tips
It is imperative to get any active infection treated , it may spread to blood stream and cause systemic infection

You can have Paracetamol 650mg only and no Dental Procedures can be performed now. Also, it's advisable to consult your Gynaecologist for any medication that you may require, including the picture that you have shared here.
