Done rct about 2 weeks back .. n now suddenly on tapping n slight pressure causing on the cap , new cap , the rct one tooth pains alot .. what to do

If it constinously paining then you need see dentist and get x ray done so that no canal is left uncleaned

Consult an endodontist for a expert opinion..For time being jus do warm saline rinses and take suitable pain killers prescribed by your old dentist

Might be you need a re rct. Go back to your dentist. Shoot new xray. See if any Canal was missed by mistake or not.
