Severe tooth ache caused by wisdom teeth, but right tonsil is swelled, can not chew food, difficulty /pain during swallowing . Pain from 2days back. Gum is swelled. There is a pulsating sensation in the teeth with severe pain. I don't want extraction of the tooth.

I have gone through your description.
Wisdom tooth is erupting between age of 17 to 25 years.
Erupting Wisdom tooth causes swelling in gum which causes pain.
Pain increase while chewing.
Pain increase while swallowing.
You may have radiating pain in your ear neck and head.
For pain relief,
1. Warm salt water gargles three times a day.
2. Do Good Brushing, Maintain that area completely clean, you may have pain or bleeding while brushing it's a quite normal thing, Don't get food stuck over that area.
3. Capsule Mox 500Mg 3times a day for 3 days.
Tablet Brufen 400Mg 3times a day for 3days. Avoid medicines if you have any allergy from penicillin and ibuprofen.

Pain is due to inflammation of gum at the back area of tooth.
You need to keep the area of wisdome tooth very clean you clean it with brush everytime you have meal or snacks.

And you can take medicines.if pain is severe.
