Too much Tiredness
My father had mild fever two days back and we had given Dolo 650 yesterday, he has no fever now, but he is too tired to sit also. Can you pl suggest some medicine for recovery. Also I need phone consultation.

1. get IV fluids at the earliest 2. get vitamin-B12 and vitamin-D checked 3. get sugar and bp checked as u haven't mentioned if he is either. 4. take plenty of fluids orally too 5. have a liquid diet for 3-4 days 6. have meals every 2-3 hrs in small quantities
