Since you are having CKD, Paracetamol would be the best BUT the dosage should be confirmed by your nephrologist or general physician.

Hi. Any medication has to be consulted by your general physician as they know better about your kidney status and can judge as to which drug will be mild on your kidney. Acetaminophen can be used at its lowest dose, but again please don't use any OTC drug till your doctor prescribes it. Rather than all these complications get the treatment related to that tooth done. If that needs an extraction please proceed further.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist at the earliest with the report of CKD and a note backed up by the physician regarding which all drugs are safe to use to prevent complications.
Health Tips
Better to treat the cause than to mask the pain. Take care
