Both tonsils have equal in size . Without any infection it never enlarge . And might be  possible that your infection is gone down by use of  antibiotics and the swelling is residual of effect of infection. If you want to weight than wait for few days if then also swelling not gone then you need to be treatment.

Tonsils are two oval shaped pads in the back of the throat. Mostly they are same in size. Any infection can enlarge the size.If you don't feel pain it is due to use of abiotic medicines .      Don't use more antibiotics & don't think of surgery.     If you want to wait then wait &watch. If want homoeopathic treatment then.
Next Steps
Contact me online through practo.
