Tonsil stone
What to do with tonsil stones? They appear quite frequently like 2-3 in 6-7 months. Also, if i try to pull it out by my finger but it doesn't really happen but yeah it comes out with sneeze, taking its own time.

Listen , it means you are having recurrent tonsillitis. It means your tonsils get healed itself and recur too. So you need to avoid cold foodstuffs. Plus you start warm saline gargles..keep them in throat for 20 seconds for gargling and then do gargles..do this 4 to 5 times in a day . It will maintain ur PH level. And clean ur tongue and teeth properly two times in a day. And also consult ENT specialist
