Tongue whitness and patches
I am suffering from this type of tongue . I attached the pic also . My tongue also burn when i eat some spices and i dont want white tongue i want my tongue clean please give me advice and also in how much time it will cure ?

White patches could be due to a candidial infection. Kindly start
1. Candid oral paint to be applied over the patches thrice a day for 7 days
2. Zytee gel to be applied locally over the patches 1/2 hr after 1st medicine. For 7 days
3. Start a Multivitamin high in B-complex: Polybion or Bevon once daily for 15 days
You may also do warm saline mouthwashes twice a day.
Next Steps
Have a diet rich in Vitamins B12, B5 and B1. This includes Lots of green leafy vegetables and yoghurt.
Also remember to drink sips of water frequently.
