See medicine should be taken after food and the gel application 10 min approx before each meal.
Eat food with vitamin and drink lot of water.

Take multivitamin drink lots of water

1) Take multivitamin Once daily
2) Metronidazole 2times
Take medicines after meal
3) Instead of Hexigel apply Kenacort ointment after food twice daily.
