Hello doctor my baby suffering from tongue ulcer from his 8th month when started givinh solids to him then i consulted a doctor and he precsribed some vitamin drops a to z drops and antibiotic gel orafast but still there is no improvement in treatment what would be the reason my baby couldn eat spicy or salty
