Drink a lot of water. Add more vegetables n fruits in your diet. Use mouth wash. Some time their is calculus deposits on tooth, they can also cause bad breath. So clinical examination is must.

1. drink atleast 3lit water in a day. 2. use chlorhexidine mouthwash see video at "mds and army dental exam preparation" at youtube, how to use chlorhexidine mouthwash. 3. if you still feel the same for more than 2 weeks, then consult with dentist.

Good evening sir, I have gone through your description. I think you are not taking enough water everyday. You should drink 3liter water per day. This should be ok with you.
