Tongue patches
There are white patches in my tongue extending till the end. They look very bad and can't be disclosed publically. Please help

Tongue patches could be due to fungal infections or tobacco usage also. Visit your dentist for check up.

Hello there....I can understand your concern. From your description it looks like you could be suffering oral candidiasis. But you will need detailed clinical examination to confirm it and differentiate it from other similar disease like leukoplakia, oral aphthae. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
