Tongue lesion
I have a painful lesion on tongue since three months and was diagnosed to be vitamin deficiency related so was prescribed BECOSULES Z, NEUROBION FORTE , VITCOFOL , KENOCORT ORAL PASTE, for two weeks but symptoms not relieved after taking these and get ulcers frequently
