I want to join indian army but I have webbed toe in my right feet so I wanted to ask that can this problem can lead me to medical rejection and what I can do to prevent this from happening in near future and can surgery be an option for that...

If the webbed toe doesn't hamper your running and all activities then it might not be an issue.
However it's best to go to a government hospital and get evaluated there by any ortho as the govt doctors are the ones who give fitness certificate
