Tobacco consumption and high body weight
My Mom was consuming tobacco from the past 15 years and now she took a step ahead to quit it , no doubt she has a strong mind concentration because it has been 1months and she hav'nt consumed tobacco or any other such kind of product but what makes her frustrated is her body weight it getting increased day by day which makes her feel like it was mistake to quit tobacco.. Also she is not able to do any household work because she feels like she dont have enough immunity to do so ..Is there any solution to get rid of this problem?
