While I am diognosed with osmf III 6, months back, now, BIG ROUND ULCERS ON BOTH THE LIPS WITH DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE
ADDING MORE AND ON UPPER LIP ALSO., SINCE 4 MONTHS UNHEALING.
White patches and bands inside the cheeks and mouth, patches inside white scar like is seen.
Under the tongue, reddish scar like is seen,
Lot of burning sensation inside the cheeks and mouth.
Lot of mouth watering is happening.
Unable to eat with NO CHILLY ITEMS.
SINCE ULCERS ARE MORE THAN 4 MONTHS
I SUSPECT SQAMOUS CARCINOMA.

Please donot suspect these things ,try to keep up the moral first .
Sir , You will be needing intra lesional (hyaluronidase + Dexomethasone+ lignocaine) twice a week for about 2 months to start with .
But now thats not possible because of lockdown. So kindly get these for now.

With your symptoms it seems like oral submucous fibrosis with intraoral lesions. Sometimes these lesions may heal with medicine and proper treatment... So don't panic.

In order to have a proper diagnosis biopsy should be done . Visit a dentist on emergency basis as early as possible.

use rexidine M forte gel to relieve pain
do betadine gargles 4 to 5times a day
have soft diet . take lot of liquids
dont take too hot or too cold food
