I'm a tobacco chewer since 1 year I'm a fatty boy with 100 kg and my taking lodoz 5 mg for bp and placida 10 and nexitoplus for anxiety or insomnia I noticed that when I'm not chewer of tobacco my bp raming around 125/85 with 100bpm and now I checked my bp it's rise to 130/95 or somtimes suddenly rise to 150/100+ so I take tobacco dose 20 per day so my que is it's due to tobacco or anything else

You can do research on yourself.
Don't take tobacco in any form and keep a record of your BP recorded twice a day for 3 days.
After that start taking your usual dose of tobacco. After 3 days start recording your BP twice a day for 7 days (keep taking your tobacco in the meantime).
After that you can share your observations on this forum.
You are your biggest enemy.
Stop chewing tobacco.
Stop drinking alcohol.
Low sodium diet.
Go for morning and evening walks daily.
Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Avoid outlook food.
Low cholesterol diet.
Drink plenty of water.
