Tobacco Addiction
Hello My husband is 36 years old. He has been struggling with Rajnigandha & tobacco chewing for a long time. He left it an year back and started taking nicotin gum. But unfortunately during the 2nd wave lockdown he again started taking Rajnigandha. I am very worried about his well being. Kindly suggest what can be done to help him leave this deadly addiction. Will nicotin patch available in stores help? If yes please suggest a few. I also came across some herbal tea like " TeaCurry " which claims to help in leaving tobacco addiction. I don't know how safe they are. Kindly suggest if we can try such teas Thanks
