Tobacco effect on bp
I'm additive of chewing tobacco in lockdown I take 15 to 20 times a day I noticed my diastolic bp rise 145/100 my heart beat always up 100 I'm taking lodoz 5 mg for bp and placid 10 mg then I stopped tobacco for a day my bp down to 129/87 so there is any connection of tobacco to effect on bp

Yes tobacco  consumption  raises   BP. Just  quit  smoking and  enjoy  your life. Take  chewable  vit C 500mg  morning and night  for 15 days and do mild breathing  exercises. Respect  your  body and  mind
