Hello User.
This is some technical matters and they need to be seen in relation to other data.
It is difficult to explain it to a non medical person.
Better take proper consultation and advise.
As far as pulse rate is concerned they can rise under stress, or exertion.
The blood pressure cannot be reverse.
Systolic s always higher than diastolic.
Better use sphygmomanometer.
Automatic instruments are not reliable.

Hi
Blood pressure is a way to measure pressure in your arteries
- upper one ( systolic ) is when the heart contracts and lower one( diastolic) is when the heart relaxes
-Normal range < or equal to 120/80
120/80 to 139/89 - pre hypertension
> 140/90 is hypertension
But this needs to be confirmed by a doctor before considering hypertension
As any physical activity/ stress can cause temporary increase in blood pressure
Your pulse is high ( normal is 60 to 100) but again it can increase temporary due to physical activity / exertion
If You want you can read my published article on hypertension in international journal

Running, walking, exercise, ascending/ descending stairs;
immediately after eating;
fever with exceptions;
Anxiety, fighting;
Any problem that u r having. Ur BP is normal. But u didn’t mention why u checked ur BP. But pulse is bit high. Don’t worry. It can be because of anxiety. Nothing to worry about.
