To increase vitamin D3/reduce vitaminb12
I am having suddenly knees pain though I am very active and doing every day exercise since last 20 years. I am 60 years. Got my blood test which shows much excess of vitamin b12 1486 where as the max range is 911. I am vegetarian and a healt conscious lady. Please let me know what diet should I follow to bring b12 within required range.I am having uneasiness in my both knees yet able to do my yoga & exercise. Vitamin D3 is also deficient as per report which is 24.09 whereas min. Shd be 75.

Nothing to be done to reduce b12 levels For d3 start tablet uprise d3 60k once a week for 8 weeks followed by uprise d3 1k tablet daily for 2-3 mnths
