Hi. 34 days cycle is not irregular cycle. Meet gynaecologist and get investigated. If there is any problem then it can be treated. Certain hirmone tests to be done.

Have you seen a fertility specialist as yet? What is the age of your wife? Irregular cycles usually happen because of hormonal imbalance and it's correction may help. Irregular cycles mean that your wife is not releasing an egg every month ( ovulation) which is a prerequisite for pregnancy to happen; this could be the cause for her inability to conceive. In such cases medicines like Clomiphene Citrate can be used to induce ovulation. In some cases, hormonal injections may be required. This treatment has high success rates; hope it helps you too.
