I have so much fatty arm and i have not that much fat collected on othr parts of body only in arm.so please suggest me any excercise,yoga or any other alternative to get rid of army fat.

Do pranayam and yoga daily
You can join gym also for regular exercises
Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice... Totally for 6 mths
Take salads and fruits more
Take vegetables juices and soups more
