Hello doctor,
It's been 4 months since I got my period and my husband and I started having unprotected sex for only one and half month. So my question is whether I should go for pregnancy test? If it turns out to be negative then what may be the cause?

If you have not had periods for 4 months then you should get investigations for the same problem. You want to conceive . For that Ovulation is required, and a woman having normal Ovulation will have normal regular periods.
So please consult with a Gynaecologist (especially Infertility Specialist) in your area. They may help you to have normal periods and regular Ovulation.
